Delivery time within Europe is typically 2-4 days. Orders placed before 23:59 will be shipped the next day.
Once your order has left our main office, we will send you an email with the tracking code that you can use to locate your items until they arrive.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@pinaudofficial.com.
We will provide you with detailed instructions for the return process.
For damaged or defective items, please include a clear photo of the issue when contacting us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not offer free returns.
